No. Every piece is waterproof, tarnish-free and hypoallergenic — 18K gold plating over surgical grade stainless steel with a PVD coating, so it holds its colour through daily wear. Every piece carries a 2 year warranty.
Can I wear it in water?
Yes — shower, swim and sweat in it. Water will not lift or damage the plating.
How long will my personalised piece take?
Personalised pieces are designed and handcrafted, then shipped in 4–8 days. Delivery then takes 4–10 working days depending on where you are.
How do I personalise it?
Each product page shows what can be personalised — name, initial, birthstone or a combination. Enter your details on the product page before adding to cart; a character counter shows how many characters that piece allows.
What chain lengths are available?
Choker styles come in 14". All other necklaces come with a chain up to 18" plus a 2" extender so you can adjust the fit.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Surgical grade stainless steel with no copper, brass, lead or nickel.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Plating and manufacturing faults on every piece, for two years from delivery.
